Studio art pottery vessel/vase
This is one of those just fantastic art pottery finds that actually makes you say what is it used for.? I believe it to be stoneware, not ceramic and possibly made with some volcanic rock as well. The black/dark slate gray coloring is inside and out, its also matte everywhere but on the top design the is done in browns with some cream. There are 4 holes on top where you could place in vials for buds, or use it to place pencils/pens/paint or makeup brushes. No disclaimers
